Welcome aboard the Tall Ship Pelican!
We can offering a Dinner, Bed and Breakfast option at £65 per head. Guests can arrive from 1800 hours onwards and make themselves at home on board before a safety briefing at 1900 hours with a three course dinner (starter, main and pudding with coffee/chocolates) at 2000 hours. A continental breakfast will be served at 0830 hours and we ask guests to leave by 0930 hours on the day they are booking out, so we can get the cafe ready for its opening at 1100 hours.
Based in Weymouth Harbour, on Dorset’s Jurassic Coast, TS Pelican is the perfect blend of traditional and modern.
The ship has 3 decks. On one side is the historic Custom House Quay, whilst the other side looks across the harbour to boats and colourful Georgian terraced houses. There is nothing quite like sitting on deck in the morning with a steaming hot cup of tea watching the fishing boats sail out of the harbour.
Weymouth is a seaside resort with plenty to offer. The beach is a stone’s throw from the ship’s berth, as are the town centre, local cafes, bars and restaurants.
Weymouth also has a Sealife Park and Sealife Tower, Chesil Beach, the stunning Jurassic coastline, Nothe Fort, Isle of Portland and Sandworld. Also M0nkey World is just half an hour away.
A night on board TS Pelican is a once in a lifetime opportunity, and for sailing enthusiasts it is a dream come true.

On board there are 7 cabins, each of which have 4 bunks - sleeping a total of up to 28 people. Some of these can be made into double beds, but otherwise they are single bunks.
5 of the cabins have en suite facilities with a toilet, basin, bath and shower. There are 2 additional bathrooms for general use. All bedding is provided, and there are 3-pin power-points for hair-dryers, chargers, etc.
The ship also has heating and air conditioning to suit any environment.
There's also a mess (dining) area which can comfortably seat around 20 people to dine or commune, and a saloon with TV, DVD player and small library for relaxation.

On the quayside restaurants include The Stable pizza and cider restaurant, Floods Seafood Restaurant, the George Inn, the Ship Inn, and the Royal Oak.
There is a cinema and bowling alley in the town centre as well as a number of shops.
