The whole boat is available for £800 a week, with a £250 deposit returnable at the end of the rental. This is a very reasonable rent for six persons so close to Paris, book early to avoid disappointment.
Within a short walk of the boat you will find, a swimming area, canoeing, pony rides, miniature golf, a miniature train journey around the park, a fitness area and multi sports section. There is an area of wilderness which is set right in the heart of the suburbs of Paris, with wild rabbits, otters and birdlife, its a really peaceful place, a perfect day in the countryside!
You could also go and see impressionist Callebotte's work where it was painted at the Callebotte's family's estate. The house and barn remain and are well maintained and serve this year as the site for exhibit of a collection of 43 of his works.
You could also visit the Chateau De Courances, it is one of only handful of privately owned Chateaus in France, owned by the original family. If you have the opportunity to spend an afternoon here, take a picnic lunch, walk through the expansive gardens and take a tour of the Chateau, its a whole days activity.
You will find a number of good restaurants namely La Latina which serves a great Tapas and Roberto's which is an Italian.
There is so much to do in and around this area, when you come I will help you with any tourist information I can, I hope that what I have written will just give you a flavour of what is available for you to do.
